Information on the Coronavirus
We continuously monitor the current situation regarding the coronavirus and discuss all steps internally very carefully.. The health of our participants and employees, as well as our partners, is our highest priority.
Therefore, from the beginning of the pandemic until today, we have taken all necessary precautionary and informational measures taken. Thus, our speakers, seminar supervisors, and our partners in the hotels are informed about all necessary and recommended hygiene measures and are instructed to strictly adhere to them.
Our certification, specialist knowledge seminars and workshops are not large events. We have die Teilnehmerzahl auf maximal 15 TeilnehmerInnen beschränkt, um alle Hygienemaßnahmen einhalten zu können. Folgendes ist uns besonders wichtig:
- Our rooms are regularly ventilated and also have a safe ventilation system.
- The room sizes allow for easy adherence to the safety distance of at least 1.5 meters.
- Disinfectants are available in sufficient quantities, are checked, and refilled.
- The hotel partners meet all hygiene standards.
- A gastronomic concept has been developed with our catering partner so that coffee breaks and lunch can be arranged according to the regulations.
- Our on-site event support is available for all questions regarding the process.
Registration
You can register for further training with us online, in writing via email, or by phone. There are no special registration deadlines. After registration, you will receive a binding registration confirmation from us or, given the currently valid Corona restrictions, a waiting list confirmation. Both contain all important information for you.
Place Reservation
Reserving a place for our seminars is possible with a 14-day notice period. Please contact us personally by phone or email for this.
Place Availability/Waiting List
We will inform you about the availability of spots for our seminar after registration. If the desired seminar is no longer available at the desired time, we will gladly add you to our waiting list after consulting with you. If a spot becomes available for you, we will inform you immediately.
Information on further Training
Our full-day seminars usually start at 9:00 AM and end at approximately 5:00 PM. The event schedule or agenda and break times are determined on-site by the speaker. There is no dress code. For m ulti-day events, a “community evening” is offered. Otherwise, participants are free to spend their evenings as they wish.
Certificate of Attendance
You will receive an IHK certificate of attendance or an IHK certificate for your further training. Our Web.Workshops are currently excluded from this. For these, we will issue you a ZDE certificate of attendance.
Accommodation
The accommodation price is not included in the event price. Upon registration, you will receive a list of regional hotels in the immediate vicinity of the event location. Please actively contact us if needed.
Meals
The event price includes full board (break catering and lunch) as well as drinks on all days are included. If you have a food intolerance or allergy, please contact us about 7 daysbefore the event starts. to let us know.
Event Location
Our further training courses take place at ZDE GmbH, In der Waage 9, 73463 Westhausen, Germany. Further information about the location can be found on the homepage of the ZDE Academy.
Cancellation of an Event
We reserve the right to cancel an event due to insufficient demand or number of participants. Short-notice cancellations are then possible, if they arise from other important reasons beyond our control (e.g., sudden illness of speakers, force majeure such as storms, pandemics, etc.). In case of cancellations, you will be informed immediately by our team.
Cancellation/Rebooking
You generally have the option to cancel your event, withdraw, name a substitute participant, or rebook. Our General Terms and Conditions can be found at https://zde-akadmie.de/agbs
Please communicate your change requests directly to our team.
Number of Participants
The number of participants varies per further training course and due to the Corona restrictions we have limited it to a maximum of 15 participants. You are welcome to inquire about the current number of participants for your event from our team (Mon – Fri from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Tel.:07363 9604 – 30) by phone.
Participation Fee
The participation fees can be found on our website. The fee includes break catering, a shared lunch per full seminar day, as well as the work and teaching materials. Accommodation is not included in the participation fee. Invoice
We generally invoice the participation fee before the event, at the latest 14 days after registration,. Invoices are to be paid by the payment methods suggested in the registration.
