Deviating agreements are only effective if expressly confirmed by Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH. <\/p>\n<h2>Registration<\/h2>\n<p>Registrations for participation in events of Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH must be made in writing using the registration form via email or online within the deadlines, if any, specified in the contract documents, and are also considered an acceptance of these terms. The registration is a binding offer to contract, whereby, in the absence of other agreements, the participant is the contracting party. Registrations are considered in the order of their receipt up to the maximum planned number of participants. However, a contract is only concluded upon confirmation of registration within two weeks of receipt by Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH.   <\/p>\n<h2>Payment Terms, Dunning Costs<\/h2>\n<p>The participant fee is due before the event. In special cases, for example, with short-term bookings before the event takes place, payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. The participant, as the contracting party, is liable for the payment of the fee even if the fee is to be paid or reimbursed by a third party (e.g., employer). In case of default in payment, Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH is entitled to refuse participation in the event. For each reminder, dunning costs of EUR 5.00 may be charged. If the participant is not insured by their employer&#8217;s statutory accident insurance, the contributions according to the current rate of the competent professional association will be invoiced separately to the participant.     <\/p>\n<h2>Withdrawal and Termination<\/h2>\n<p>The participant may withdraw from the contract without stating reasons until the start of an event. The following cancellation fees apply: Withdrawal up to 11 days before the start of the event: no cancellation fees; Withdrawal up to 6 days before the start of the event: min. EUR 40.00; otherwise 10% of the fees, but a maximum of EUR 250.00; Withdrawal up to one day before the start of the event: 50% of the fees, but a maximum of EUR 1,000.00. If the registered participant does not appear without cancellation, the full participation fee plus VAT will be charged.    <\/p>\n<p>Please also remember to cancel your hotel booking if you withdraw.<\/p>\n<p>The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Important reasons for Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH include, in particular, disruption of the on-site training event processes and non-compliance with house rules despite a request to cease the disruption. Termination and withdrawal must be made in writing. The decisive time for the participant&#8217;s termination and withdrawal is the time of receipt of the declaration by Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH. If the participant is a consumer, the above withdrawal rules only apply after the expiry of the withdrawal period according to section 7.    <\/p>\n<h2>Changes and Cancellation of Events<\/h2>\n<p>Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH reserves the right to change lecturers or modify the event schedule. The participant cannot derive any claims from this, for example, for withdrawal from the contract or reduction of the fee. Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event locally and spatially for reasons beyond its control (e.g., insufficient number of participants, lecturer absence, force majeure). Payments already made will be refunded. Further claims against Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH are excluded.    <\/p>\n<h2>Copyright<\/h2>\n<p>All event concepts and documents may only be duplicated with the consent of the lecturer and Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH and in compliance with all possible third-party copyrights. We reserve unrestricted ownership of all deliveries of teaching materials until full fulfillment of all payment obligations by the customer. The transfer to third parties, i.e., to persons who are neither colleagues nor employees of the participant, or public dissemination or making accessible of course documents or teaching materials is not permitted. In particular, the publication of audio or video data, digital presentations, or scripts on publicly accessible internet portals (sharing) is prohibited.   <\/p>\n<h2>Photo and Video Recordings<\/h2>\n<p>During events, photographs of participants may be taken as part of a photo log. These photo logs will only be made available to the event participants in the learning environment. If you do not agree to your person being recorded or the photo log being uploaded to the learning environment, please contact the trainer. For some events, participants may also be recorded in photos or videos. Please note that these recordings, and not the photo logs, may be used for promotional purposes by Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH. If the recordings are to be used for promotional purposes, we will obtain your separate consent prior to the event.     <\/p>\n<h2>Liability<\/h2>\n<p>Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH is liable for damages in connection with the execution of events only in cases of intent or gross negligence. The limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, which are based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty by Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, or on the breach of a so-called cardinal duty. <\/p>\n<h2>Right of Withdrawal for Consumers<\/h2>\n<p>If the participant is a consumer, they have a right of withdrawal in addition to the terms of participation and payment.<\/p>\n<h2>RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n<p>Right of Withdrawal Information<\/p>\n<p>The contract declaration can be revoked within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g., letter, email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, timely dispatch of the withdrawal is sufficient. If the participant cannot return the received service in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, they may have to pay compensation for the value. This may result in the participant still having to fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period up to the withdrawal. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the participant with the dispatch of the withdrawal declaration, and for Zentrum f\u00fcr Digitale Entwicklung GmbH with its receipt.    <\/p>\n<h2>Special Notes<\/h2>\n<p>Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.  <strong>End of Right of Withdrawal Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Data Protection<\/h2>\n<p>The participant agrees to the storage and automated processing of personal data for the purpose of course administration and subsequent information about further educational offers, but can object to the latter consent with effect for the future at any time.
